Join our networks

Become a participating provider in Massachusetts


Joining our network gives you exposure to the nation's largest dental insurance customer base. Three out of four dentists nationwide participate in a Delta Dental network, and for good reason - we help them attract and retain patients.
 

Our networks:

 
  • Delta Dental Premier – Our largest network. Providers who wish to participate with Delta Dental of Massachusetts must join the Delta Dental Premier network.
  • Delta Dental PPO  – A smaller network than Delta Dental Premier.
  • Delta Dental EPO  - Our Exclusive Provider Organization network. Most EPO members do not have out of network benefits.
  • DMIC PPO and Premier -  a single network for both Premier and PPO
  • DeltaCare – A Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) network. Dentists interested in joining the DeltaCare network as a primary care dentist must first speak with a Delta Dental Professional Relations Consultant unless the location is currently participating in the DeltaCare network.
  • DeltaCare Specialist – A network of dentists that provide specialty services to DeltaCare members
  • DeltaCare Orthodontics - A network of dentists that provide orthodontic services to DeltaCare members
