Program Performance Lead
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Performance Lead to lead and manage strategic initiatives in productivity analysis, operational audits, vendor performance, and compliance oversight. This role is pivotal in driving organizational efficiency, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements, and fostering strong vendor partnerships to achieve strategic objectives.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Performance and Operational Auditing:
- Develop and implement standardized auditing protocols in collaboration with leadership.
- Conduct operational audits to assess compliance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Generate detailed audit reports and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of recommendations.
- Coordinate the collection of reports and data for comprehensive productivity and performance audits.
Compliance and Risk Management

Manage incoming compliance requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses to internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in developing materials for risk assessments and workforce education on operational compliance and risk management.

Lead audits of high-risk areas, ensuring policies and controls align with industry standards and best practices.

Maintain and enhance risk management tools, methodologies, and reporting systems.

Collaborate with management to strengthen internal controls and address compliance gaps.
Vendor Performance and Contract Oversight
- Oversee vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance using metrics, scorecards, and dashboards.
- Develop performance benchmarks and implement vendor performance improvement plans as needed.
- Identify and resolve vendor performance issues, discrepancies, and risks.
- Ensure vendor adherence to compliance standards and corporate policies.
- Partner with legal and procurement teams to manage contracts and resolve performance issues.
Process Optimization and Special Initiatives
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities to enhance organizational processes, compliance response systems, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate on developing and implementing performance-driven strategies and systems enhancements.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of organizational policies and standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on vendor management and operational compliance.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, operations management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in program performance management, operational auditing, risk management, or vendor oversight.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
- Expertise in data analysis, compliance management, and performance monitoring tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of compliance standards, internal control frameworks, and industry best practices.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CIA, CISA, etc.).
- Experience with compliance systems, vendor relationship tools, and contract management.
- Background in developing and delivering training programs for organizational development.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
