The new portal is here! If you received an invitation to register but haven't already, click here and click on the green “Get started” button on the right-hand side of the page.
Important
If you are a dentist who signed up for the provider portal with a Delta Dental member company other than Delta Dental of Massachusetts, please click on the green text that says “Sign in here” under the green ‘Sign in” button on the left-hand side of the page.

Registering is easy and takes about 10 minutes
Step 1: Click here and click on the green “Get started” button on the right-hand side of the page.
Step 2: S elect “Continue” to register if you are the office manager or TIN administrator working directly for one or more dental practices or TINs. If you work in a dental practice but are not the TIN administrator, select “Cancel” and ask your administrator to create an account for you.
Step 3: Enter your name, a new username, an email address and a phone number
Step 4: After you submit this info, you'll receive a verification email. Once you receive the verification email, click "verify your email" OR enter the verification code, then click “Next,” and set up your password.
Step 5: The final step to start enjoying your new portal is to request TIN access. by entering in the Tax ID number and zip code associated with your dental office and clicking on “Request access”
Once you’re verified, you’ll have the option to set up multiple TINs and enjoy all the other benefits of the new portal!
