Total Choice PPO 2000
Total Choice PPO 2000 provides great dental coverage for you and your family by combining comprehensive dental benefits with an extensive network of dentists across Massachusetts.
Total Choice PPO 2000 offers the highest level of coverage for both preventive (e.g., cleanings and exams) and basic restorative treatments (e.g., fillings), with a generous $2,000 annual benefit maximum.
With over 3,500 dentists in Massachusetts who accept the Total Choice PPO 2000 plan, finding a dentist who accepts your plan and Delta Dental’s negotiated discounted rates for service will be hassle free.
You always have the option to receive care from a dentist outside the Total Choice PPO 2000 plan, but this will result in reduced coverage, no access to Delta Dental’s negotiated discounted rate, and higher out-of-pocket costs for you.
